Treat yourself to an in-depth initiation series into the long-standing discipline of yoga. The series comprises six sessions, each focusing on specific yoga poses (asanas) and for a particular area of your body. This session is dedicated to the lower back. It will show you which asanas can relief pain in this area and how you can keep a healthy back also outside of the yoga room.
Please bring your own mat. Other materials will be provided.
