Many of diligently optimise diet, fitness and sleep in the pursuit of health, yet one fundamental pillar remains largely overlooked: the breath. From yogic traditions to modern neuroscience, breathing is emerging as the hidden key to regulating stress, enhancing focus, and deepening presence.
Wavekind is on a mission to bring breathing into the heart of modern wellbeing. In this 2-hour immersive workshop, Yasmin Nguyen, the founder of Wavekind and Oxford University graduate, will guide you through:
The science and tradition: how breathing links to emotion, memory, the autonomic nervous system, and physical health.
Experiential practice: a signature Wavekind Breathwork Journey, led by Yasmin, where participants will be guided into expanded states of awareness, tapping into clarity, compassion, and inner spaciousness.
Integration and reflection: sharing, self-inquiry, and practical techniques you can use immediately in daily life
