Writer, archaeologist and artist based in Brussels exploring the contradictions of history and how our cities have been moulded by events.

We'll be looking closely at Mitchell's works centred on:

- the destruction of the Jewish temple

- rivalry between Venice and Byzantium

- Athens and acropolis sculpture

- Ayodhya (India) and Mosul.
