Treat yourself to an in-depth initiation series into the long-standing discipline of yoga. The series comprises six sessions, each focusing on specific yoga poses (asanas) and for a particular area of your body.
This first session will focus on hips and hamstrings.
Our in-house instructor, Emily, will share more than just a set of instructions. Throughout the series you will be able to improve your core strength, tune into your breath, alleviate discomfort in your shoulders, lower back, hips and knees. Take part in as many sessions as you need or join for the complete series to get a complete overview.
Please bring your own mat. Other materials will be provided.

Emily von Sydow is a Brussels-based yoga teacher. Since the beginning of her practice about 20 years ago, she has seen yoga as a rigorous but joyful discipline and a lifelong path of learning. Inspired by BKS Iyengar's yoga tradition, she gives 1:1, couple and group classes, and shares the benefits of the practice also with non-accompanied minors, adolescents and pre-adolescents refugees in Belgium. She successfully teaches them to use their bodies in new ways and find calm within.
