Treat yourself to an in-depth initiation series into the long-standing discipline of yoga. The series comprises six sessions, each focusing on specific yoga poses (asanas) and for a particular area of your body. This session will focus on the shoulders.
Throughout the series you will be able to improve your core strength, tune into your breath, alleviate discomfort in your shoulders, lower back, hips and knees. Take part in as many sessions as you need or join for the complete series to get a complete overview.
Please bring your own mat. Other materials will be provided.
