We’ve teamed up once again with the Brussels Muzieque platform to bring you a delightful musical experience, in real life or online, with the highly accomplished musicians Sadie Fields (Violin) and Stéphanie Salmin (Piano). The artists will perform Tchaikovsky’s Souvenir d’un lieu cher.
After the concert, we will be joined by the musicians to discuss how they, and culture more broadly, is being impacted by confinement.
Attendance is free but you can make a donation which Full Circle will transfer to the musicians playing for us this evening.

ABOUT THE MUSICIANS
- Canadian violinist Sadie Fields performs worldwide as a soloist and a chamber musician. She is the violinist of Belgium-based Trio Khnopff, the violinist of the Festival Trio in Canada, and she plays with the New European Ensemble in the Netherlands.Sadie has won awards from over twenty UK and international associations and competitions, and she regularly broadcasts on radio stations throughout Europe, and in the UK, Canada, and New Zealand. Her recordings, including the complete Brahms Sonatas on Champs Hill Records, and ‘Weinberg – 1945’ by Trio Khnopff, have met with great critical acclaim in Europe and North America, and two of her discs have been chosen as ‘Chamber Choice of the Month’ in the BBC Music Magazine (most recently in January 2020), and ‘Chamber Disc of the Quarter’ by the German Record Critics’ Award Association.
- Belgian pianist Stéphanie Salmin graduated with highest distinction from the Royal Conservatory of Music of Mons, the Hochschule der Künste in Bern (solo diploma), and the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel. She was the first prize winner of several competitions such as the Grand Concours International de Piano (Paris), the Young Talent Competition (Manage), the André Dumortier Competition (Leuze), the Belfius Classics Competition (Brussels), and the Excellentia Competition (Brussels). Stephanie also won numerous awards with Duo Solot, which performed extensively for 10 years. The Duo was the winner of the 2010 International Four-Hand Piano Competition of Valberg (France). In 2016, the Duo won the Audience Prize at the Festival des Nouveaux Talents in Villers-sur-Mer (France) and won the Youth Prize at the Piano Competition in Evian (France) for the show ‘Cinéma à quatre mains’.
