Mark Stevenson is a leading thinker on technology and societal trends, as well as an entrepreneur, author, broadcaster. He is a natural optimist, with a knack at seeing where the world is going and how to adapt. His new, intriguing book We Do Things Differently, Outsiders rebooting our world has just been published, while his best-selling book An Optimist’s Tour of the Future has been translated into 12 languages and has been described by New Scientist as ‘a refreshing reminder that the future will always belong to the optimists’. He is also the Founder of the cultural change agency We Do Things Differently, helping organisations create a better future, and runs The League of Pragmatic Optimists, which has chapters in the UK, Spain, New Zealand and Finland. He inspires to be more rational and optimist about the future and proposes ways we can make it more sustainable, equal, humane, compassionate and just.
