Cowspiracy TEENFILM

An important and eye-opening film on the meat industry

5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Farming animals causes pollution, deforestation and water consumption. It releases more harmful gases into our atmosphere than all types of transport combined and it destroys habitats of thousands of types of animals.

And despite all of this, we carry on enjoying our beef burgers and chicken sandwiches.

So why do we eat meat?

Cowspiracy aims to answer this question. Film director, Kip Andersen, talks to the most important people in the environmental movement and discovers what seems to be an intentional refusal to discuss this issue. While making the film he is even warned of the risks to his freedom and even his life if he dares to carry on.
